What if I want to cancel our subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Please reach out to us to cancel your subscription. We would, of course, appreciate any feedback as to why you chose to leave our service.

How is Pliance priced?

Pliance is priced to let your business scale. With your business as a starting point, we can look at what pricing model will suit you the best. Whether this is pre-determined tiers based on customer volumes, or on a pay-as-you-go model, we are determined to find a solution that works for your business.

What payment methods do you support?

Currently, we support invoicing and payment via bank wire as well as credit card or SEPA Direct Debit payments. If you are interested in different payment methods, please reach out to us.

What is Pliance?

Pliance is an API that automates your company's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes. By integrating with Pliance, you can automate processes such as customer screening against PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and sanctions lists, ongoing monitoring, and reporting.

How does Pliance work?

Pliance offers a simple but powerful solution. Through your integration, our system will screen and match your customers against PEP and sanction lists, as well as perform automatic daily monitoring of your entire customer base.

All such activities are logged for reporting purposes, and you are notified of any matches that are found. 

How often is your system screening my customers?

Our automated screening system monitors the status of your customers on a daily basis. You can then choose how you wish to be notified of any changes to your customer base.

Who is Pliance for?

Pliance is ideal for companies operating under licenses from Supervisory Authorities and is required to follow AML regulations. This generally includes companies in banking and finance, gambling, payments, legal services, and real estate among others.

What is an API?

API stands for Application Programming Interface. What is does is to allow your systems and services to communicate with ours. With our API, you can perform AML screenings from inside your systems and services. For example, completing AML screenings from inside your current CRM tool, rather than having to log into a separate AML software.

What is AML?

AML stands for anti-money laundering. At Pliance, we refer to any action a company takes, or any activity it performs to comply with national or international anti-money laundering regulations as AML processes.

What is a PEP?

PEP stands for Politically Exposed Person. This is a person that matches certain criteria, subject to national differences, and whose status as a PEP needs to be taken into account in their risk profile before taking them on as customers.

What are sanctions lists?

Sanctions lists are lists of individuals or organisations, often compiled and published by international organisations such as the EU or UN. Companies, which fall under the jurisdiction of an international organization, are not allowed to enter into business with individuals or organisations that are under sanctions.

Are Pliance's sources reliable?

Pliance only works with data providers that are widely used and respected within their fields. This includes having highly competent researchers and are trusted by a wide variety of banks and organisations worldwide.

What countries and regions do you cover?

We cover PEP and sanctions globally. If you have customers originating from any part of the world, you can use Pliance to screen them against PEP and sanctions databases that we are integrated with.

Will my data be safe?

Yes, Pliance is built from the ground up to be safe and secure. This includes being GDPR compliant and ensuring that data on your customers is always encrypted when stored or moving between systems.
